Welcome to the Tribe. This is a space for women navigating fertility and the job search to share, ask, and lift each other up. A few things keep it a safe place for all of us. These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service.
Be kind. Everyone here is carrying something. Speak to each other the way you'd want to be spoken to on your hardest day. Encouragement, honesty, and grace — always.
Protect each other's privacy. What's shared in the Tribe stays in the Tribe. Don't screenshot, copy, or share another member's posts or story outside this space. Never share someone else's personal information.
This is peer support — not professional advice. We share experiences, not prescriptions. Nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice. Always confirm with a doctor, lawyer, or benefits professional before making a decision.
Keep it real, keep it yours. Share your own experience. Don't post someone else's story as your own, and don't spread rumors about employers, clinics, or people. If you're sharing benefits info, share what you know firsthand.
No selling, spamming, or self-promotion. This isn't a marketplace. No ads, no recruiting, no promoting outside products, services, or groups. If you're not sure, ask before you post.
No hate, harassment, or bullying. Zero tolerance. No attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, identity, orientation, body, diagnosis, or path to motherhood. Every shade belongs here.
Protect the vulnerable. This community is for adults. Don't share content that's explicit, graphic, or harmful. If someone seems to be in crisis, encourage them gently toward professional help — you're a sister, not a substitute for care.
If something doesn't belong, tell us. See a post or member that crosses a line? Use the Report button on any post or profile, or Block anyone you don't want to interact with. Every report is reviewed as quickly as we can. You can reach us anytime through Feedback in your profile.
What happens when rules are broken. Depending on what happened, we may remove a post, give a warning, or remove someone from the community. We do this to protect the space — and you — not to punish.
This is your Tribe. Treat it like the home it is. Now — go get your baby!
